While all efforts of orders and shipping will be taken with the greatest of care, accidents or errors may occur. Please notify us immediately at JKB@beautifulthings.com.au if your shipped item/s are damaged. Please be advised once an order has been placed and printed, we do not offer cancellations or change-of-mind refunds.
Please insure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address and any other specific information. Goods which are returned to us undeliverable will incur extra costs. And postage costs are non-refundable.
